• Creations By Jessica Lynn will retain copyright to all designs, images, and code. Do NOT alter or share images and code, unless you have permission from Creations By Jessica Lynn.
• You may NOT use my designs on any other blogging platform. They will only work on Blogger.
• You may not duplicate the design in anyway. If you wish to use the design on more than one blog, you must purchase the design for every blog it will be used on.
• You guarantee that all photographs and digital elements that you provide to be included in the design belong to you, or that you have permission to use.

Credit

• Design credit will be given to Creations By Jessica Lynn. I will add a link to my blog at the bottom of the page. If you decide to remove the link, you must remove the entire design and all asociated elements.

Payment

• If you decide to purchase a custom or premade design, you can do so through my Etsy shop.
• Payment must be made in full before work will begin.

Refunds

• Refunds are only given if work has not yet begun. After initial contact, work has begun. Usually within 12-24 hours after purchase.
• If you are not satisfied with my work, let me know and I will do my best to correct the problem.

Revisions after Installation

• Minor revisions are are usally free, but I reserve the right to ask for a fee if I feel that they have become excessive.
• I am not responsible for errors caused by third party widgets or code. Edit at your own risk. I will charge a fee to fix the design if you or a third party break any of the design elements.

Privacy

• During the installation process I will need access to you blog. That means giving me the email and password used to sign in. All the information will be kept private, and I will delete the information after the design is installed and OKed by you. You may change your password temporarily and switch it back once the installation is complete.

Time

• After purchasing a design I will contact you within 24 hours in most cases. This will either be done through Etsy.com or Email.
• Once I recieve a reply with the neccessary information, work will begin and a refund will no longer be possible.
• Turn around time is usually 1-5 days after I recieve your reply, depending on various circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Failure to communicate or failure to provide all neccessary information.
  • Blogs are done on a first come first serve basis. I may be working on other projects at the time you purchase. I will inform you if this will cause a delay.
  • I am a mother of two young children (3 year old and a 6 month old) who demand my time and attention. Caring for my children - and being a good mother to them - takes priority. However, this usually does not interfere with completetion time.
